Part time innkeeper. Room included in Avon, New Jersey For Sale

Live in only. Very part time work but a lot of time innsitting while you are home. Would be your second Job or perfect for a retiree or soon to be retired person. Perfect also if you have a home based business. Well groomed person that can also help with guest services. That said if you want to do more hotel or innkeeper duties many optional jobs such as cook or chef, housekeeping etc.are available.
This is more of a place to live than a job at least to begin with. Very modest room to start with, with ability to improve living quarters provided. But at least your rent, utilities, cable and Internet are paid for.
Also looking for a Marketing intern. Web or computer or Social media savvy well groomed person that can also help with guest services.
